LeMarca operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated luxury shopping experience (the "Services"). Product appearance, colours, textures, and details may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, lighting, and display differences. Products are sold according to the descriptions and images provided in each listing.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LeMarca reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until LeMarca confirms acceptance and payment is processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. LeMarca may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
LeMarca ships via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders within the EU are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders outside the EU are delivered within 5-7 business days on average.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
New items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation. To initiate a return, contact us at support@lemarca.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be shipped using tracked UPS, FedEx, or DHL only. Returns sent via regular postal services will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags, labels, dustbags, security tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, perfume, makeup marks, removed tags, missing packaging, or altered condition may be refused or subject to a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item being received and approved, via the original payment method.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services is owned by Norra Licensing AB, its affiliates or licensors, and is protected by Swedish, EU, and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites. If you leave our Services to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
LeMarca is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with LeMarca / Norra Licensing AB. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and LeMarca. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with LeMarca.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. LeMarca processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection law.
SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER SWEDISH AND EU CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
SECTION 12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEMARCA AND NORRA LICENSING AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER SWEDISH OR EU LAW.
SECTION 13 - EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of new goods within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer rights legislation.
For unresolved disputes, EU consumers may seek assistance through the relevant national consumer authority or alternative dispute resolution body. Swedish consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Stockholm as the place of jurisdiction. EU consumers retain any mandatory rights they may have under the laws of their country of habitual residence.
