Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund. In the event your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) to us to initiate the refund process.
Order Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund.
All items must be returned in their original unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags, labels, dustbags, security tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, perfume, makeup marks, removed tags, missing packaging, any traces of use or altered condition may be refused or subject to a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.

Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
