WHERE WE SHIP
All orders are fulfilled via our logistics partner using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. We do not ship via standard postal services, ensuring every order is fully tracked and insured from dispatch to delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method and are displayed at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.The standard shipping method typically arrives within 7-10 business days. The Express shipping method typically arrives within 5-7 days.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order in real time via the DHL, FedEx, or UPS websites. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of your order, please contact us at support@lemarca.com.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to customs fees. For orders outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@lemarca.com within 14 days of dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
